Personal ShopperIs there a cost in receiving a quote?There are no costs in quoting your products, you may ask for as many quotes as you wish.
When will I receive a quote for the requested product?In no more than 24 hours you will receive a detailed quote. If you accept this quote you will have to pay within 3 working days maximum. What costs are included in my quote?The costs in your quote include the product in our Miami warehouse as well as a commission for carrying out your purchase. This commission is equivalent to 10% of the FOB product value, with a minimum cost of US$15.00. How can I estimate the shipping, tax and duty costs in my country?In the Calculator page you will be able to estimate your costs. You can also reply to us and request for all costs to be included, from it's purchase to it´s final destination. In these cases, eShopex will send you a new quote with the total value of your shipment to your home address.
In how many days will I receive my product?Transit times varies from 5 to 15 days, it depends on various factors, such as time arrival of your product from the US store to our warehouse or the time procedures of Custom duties in your country.
